Blinking
Woke up sad and tired. I didn't sleep well. Tossed and turned, as they say. Couldn't find that comfort zone. Seasonal transitions make it hard to get the temperature in the apartment right, so it's either too hot or too cold at night. Last night was too hot. This morning, I'm cold.
Had some sort of nightmare, but I don't remember it. It felt like I had been crying in my sleep. My eyes are puffy. I probably wore my contacts for too long, yesterday.
Short day at work, coming. Thank God. I need a nap.
