Sleep when I'm dead

Which may be on the way to work this morning, because I should not be behind the wheel of a car when I'm this tired.  Ugh.  I messed up my sleep pattern by going to bed a couple of hours early.  So, I woke up--wide awake--at 2:30.  I stayed up for an hour.

 Yes, I am wiped out.

My dietary good behavior continues.  I have been eating a low fat regimen since the doctor informed me that my cholesterol was high.  Low fat/low cholesterol.  It's not so bad.  It's just a matter of making choices that don't seem like much fun.  Sometimes, the healthy options aren't the most convenient options, either.

The scale reports good news, so I'll stick with it for a while.

I got my grade back for week 1 of my course.  It looks like half-assed participation counts as full participation with this instructor.  That's good news.  I don't really feel motivated to put forth any further effort.  I have to write papers this week, though they seem fairly insubstantial.  Four weeks to go, though.  Four weeks!  It seems like I've been doing this forever.

I came home early yesterday so I could drop by the office and get my packages.  I got a little bit of a surprise, in that there were 5 boxes instead of 2.  Good thing I went!  I received some books on SharePoint development and InfoPath, the Dr. Martens boots that I had to exchange, my camera backpack, and the clock I bought for CB.  The backpack seems pretty cool.

I can hardly wait to use it.
